HELP DESK
The Corporate Helpdesk's are committed to customer satisfaction by presenting a service to both fulfill and exceed expectation.
From product selection, to placing an order and receiving delivery, the helpdesk is on hand to respond with advice and actions to
ensure the process is seamless, efficient and the experience for the customer is positive.
To achieve success in our commitment, the helpdesk maintains good communication links with all other members of the Corporate
Express account team. Our objective is to ensure calls are responded to within target response times and orders received are
processed for next day delivery.
Corporate Express has 2 Corporate Helpdesk locations, one in Birmingham Head Office and one in Wakefield. Both locations have
approximately 50 employees.
