Working with the Integrated Maintenance and Repair Water Recycling Alliance (IMR WRA), you will play a key role in delivering sustainable, forward-thinking solutions across our region. The IMR WRA manages planned and emergency maintenance of sewers, rising mains and SMART technology installations – ensuring critical infrastructure is reliable and future-ready. The Role: You’ll lead and deliver a range of projects across business units, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. This includes end-to-end project delivery, risk and stakeholder management, resource coordination, and clear, consistent communication throughout. We would love to hear from you if… You have proven experience of managing change projects, ideally within the water or wider utilities sector. You should be confident in managing budgets and have strong financial awareness, alongside the ability to write compelling business cases and deliver measurable benefits. Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You should be educated to degree level or have equivalent project management experience. A proactive approach to health, safety and wellbeing is vital; we are looking for someone who champions a safe and supportive working environment. Finally, you will need to be highly organised, capable of prioritising effectively, and committed to celebrating success and sharing best practice with others.
