Head of Regional Services

The Role:

We have an opportunity for a Head of Regional Services. You will manage our depots outside Harefield, including Operated Plant and CCTV. Your job involves assessing and setting up new depots as needed. You'll help the business make data-driven decisions and forecast costs. Additionally, you'll ensure the health and safety of the operated plant and meet budget goals in your areas of responsibility. The role will involve travelling through out the UK.

Here are just some of the activities that you'll get involved with...

• Provide data to manage the profit and loss for your area and support the Plant Director with equipment investments and new depots.
• Ensure resources are used effectively to meet business needs and operational forecasts.
• Create strong processes for operating equipment and ensure safe operations at regional depots.
• Develop sustainable and innovative products to maintain market leadership.
• Report monthly on depot performance and analyse costs to ensure accurate data for income and expenses.
• Assist colleagues and operations teams with daily management.
• Gather data to support investment decisions for the depot network.
• Follow Group policies for governance and compliance in operations.

Experience in vehicle or plant fleet management and can demonstrate strong financial acumen to drive profit & loss improvement. The ideal applicant will possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical abilities. Effective time management and the capacity to work independently are essential, as is experience in stakeholder management and presenting to senior management.
