In this key role, you’ll lead and manage all highway activities across our water infrastructure projects—ensuring work is expertly planned, coordinated, and delivered in line with local authority regulations, safety standards, and customer expectations. We would love to hear from you if… You have previous experience as a highways professional within the utilities or water sector. You will have strong knowledge of NRSWA, traffic management, reinstatement standards, and relevant legislation such as the Highways Act and CDM Regulations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
