The Role:

This challenging and rewarding role is heavily focused towards performance management.

You will be responsible for leading your team of supervisors (Front Line Managers), to deliver an efficient and effective service to our stakeholders and customers alike.

As a talented manager who thrives on change and challenge, you will be responsible for maximising operational performance, whilst maintaining appropriate safety and quality standards, within our Southern Water Contract.

Here are just some of the activities you’ll be involved with...

  • Create and implement innovative strategies, processes and procedures to ensure commercial and operational efficiency
  • Proactively seek ways to improve working practices, promoting and communicating service performance and best practice to all staff
  • Lead and inspire your teams in health, safety, environment & quality
  • Minimise customer complaints by encouraging a “right first time” culture
  • Proactively manage future works and programmes, minimising disruption and failure due to preventable mistakes, including optimal planning and control of labour, plant and resources

You are an inspiring leader, with highly developed communication skills, commercial awareness and diplomacy, IOSH and NRSWA qualified, possessing significant experience within the utilities sector, we would love to hear from you!
