We’re looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team, supporting the delivery of our South West Water contract across Cornwall. This is a people-focused role where you’ll lead operational teams, oversee day-to-day works and help ensure activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You’ll be out across different sites, including the Newquay and Truro areas, working closely with operational teams, customers and stakeholders. We’d love to hear from you if... You have previous experience supervising construction or operational works, ideally within the water or utilities sector, and are confident leading teams in a busy delivery environment. You’ll have a strong understanding of Health & Safety and be comfortable taking responsibility for ensuring safe working practices are followed. Experience working within a regulated water environment would be highly advantageous. You’ll be a confident communicator with good customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and members of the public. You’ll be comfortable making decisions, resolving issues and managing competing priorities across different sites. An IOSH qualification would be advantageous, together with NRSWA, SSSTS/SMSTS or CDM training. A full and valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
