We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to ensure effective delivery of strategic and operational goals, leading our new Affinity Water metering contract to achieving great success.

The Role...

At the heart of our senior leadership team, this role is at the forefront of our interactions with Affinity Water, as well as other key stakeholders.

Key to the role is an understanding of planning principles. You’ll need to be adept at organising & controlling a workbank, fostering influential relationships at all organisational levels.

We’re looking for exceptional collaborators, who inspire others to meet or positively exceed targets. As a highly skilled mentor and client advocate.

Here are just a few of the key responsibilities...

  • Lead and inspire senior operational teams (direct and indirect) to continually drive compliance, improve performance and maximise profitability
  • Implement & maintain processes by which the contract can align their resources, systems and employees to strategic objectives and priorities
  • Take responsibility for full P&L budgets and contract performance
  • Effectively plan and control labour and resources to ensure efficiency

A proven track record in delivering metering operations to a high standard of safety, quality and service.

Demonstrable success in delivering commercial results inline with or ahead of expectation.
