Contract Support & Performance Manager

We have an opportunity for a Contract Support Manager to join our team in Chatham, responsible for leading and motivating the team to provide an efficient, accurate and effective support and administration service, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs.

Here are just some of the activities that you'll get involved with...

  • Lead and manage your team including conducting appraisals, 1-2-1s, performance management etc.
  • Develop effective and efficient reports and presentations to be used by senior management.
  • Create and develop processes and procedures ensuring, relevant information is collated and can be utilised.
  • Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Overall responsibility for dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Undertake activities to ensure information is accurate and to up to date.
  • Answer escalated queries ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Dealing with complex administrative processes and procedures and advise and guide stakeholders.
  • Undertake general office administration including incoming telephone call handling, reception duties, arranging/receiving deliveries
  • Arranging meetings, conferences, seminars, training, accommodation and attendance; agenda production, minute taking and production; letter production.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet legislation and Company standards, processes and policy.

Computer literacy and developed communication skills are a prerequisite, along with previous experience of leading and managing. We're also keen to receive applications from candidates who have worked in the utilities sector.
