Apprentice Water Operations

We’re delighted to announce that applications are now open for our Water Operations Apprenticeship Programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career with a fully funded Level 2 Apprenticeship in Water Industry Network Construction Operations. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while developing the skills and knowledge you need to build a strong foundation for your future in the industry.

This 18-month practical apprenticeship will teach you how to construct, maintain, and repair water network infrastructure. On successful completion, you’ll achieve a number of highly regarded, industry-recognised qualifications.

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll support the Team Operative and Team Leader in carrying out essential works, all while maintaining our high standards in quality, health, safety, and environmental practices.

As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll also attend occasional block release training sessions with fellow apprentices in Bridgwater, Somerset. All travel, food, and accommodation costs for these sessions will be fully covered.

A genuine eagerness to learn and be happy working outdoors in all weather conditions – don’t worry, we’ll provide all the necessary protective clothing. You’ll also bring plenty of enthusiasm, motivation, and have a positive attitude. As our location isn’t easily accessible by public transport, a full UK driving licence is also essential.
