We have an opportunity for a Contract Support Manager to join our Affinity Water team. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team to deliver an efficient and effective support service, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet business needs. As a Contract Support Manager, you’ll find that no two days will be the same.

Here are some of the activities you will be involved with…

  • Lead and manage the team, including performance reviews and one-to-ones.
  • Develop reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships and handle escalated queries.
  • Manage complex administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Fleet legislation.

You’re a dynamic leader with strong computer literacy and outstanding communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, driving productivity, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

If you thrive in fast-paced settings and are passionate about making an impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We're also keen to receive applications from candidates who have worked in the utilities sector, but this is not essential.
