We’re looking for a skilled Site Manager to take charge of a brand-new construction project from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead site operations, ensuring compliance with specifications, health & safety regulations, and project timelines. No two days will be the same, making this a dynamic and rewarding role!

Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the construction site
• Managing material procurement to keep the project on track
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site workforce
• Conducting regular site inspections to maintain safety and quality standards
• Ensuring accurate project documentation and reporting
• Providing key updates to the Project Manager and Contract Manager
• Creating a positive and productive work environment through leadership and support
• Identifying and resolving on-site construction challenges
• Staying informed on industry trends to drive continuous improvement

We would love to hear from you if…

If you have experience in water main laying and civils projects, along with a CSCS Site Manager (Gold Card), SMSTS, and Water Hygiene certifications, we’d love to hear from you! Additional experience in CDM and RAMS preparation, Street-works, temporary works coordination, and being an appointed person would be a great advantage. A strong understanding of project programmes and deliverables is also essential.
