As an Estimator, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations—calculating accurate, sustainable, and competitive prices for tenders that drive our business forward.

Here are just some of the activities you will be involved in…

• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents.
• Attending site visits with the bid team.
• Agreeing and signing off resource requirements and outputs.
• Ensuring pricing for goods and services is accurate and well understood.
• Producing Bills of Quantities and cost build-ups for all activities.
• Managing risk registers and compiling pricing clarifications.
• Supporting tender adjudication meetings and post-tender negotiations.

You are experienced Estimator with a strong background in delivering accurate, sustainable, and competitive pricing within the civil engineering industry. You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess complex tender requirements effectively.

Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive and accountable approach. You should be confident in working collaboratively with teams, ensuring all pricing and resource requirements are well understood and agreed upon.

A solid understanding of contract terms and conditions, such as NEC 4, JCT, and ICE, is required to ensure compliance and accuracy in pricing structures.

Additionally, we value excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, which will enable you to manage multiple tasks efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
