Our payroll team plays an important role in keeping our employees happy and motivated, as well as ensuring we remain compliant with tax laws and financial regulations.

We are delighted to be expanding the team and have developed a fully funded Level 3 Payroll Apprenticeship.
Whilst being mentored by our highly experienced colleagues, you'll be learning how to ensure everyone gets paid correctly, in addition to developing your communication, customer service and analysis skills.

Here are just a few of the activities that you’ll be involved in…

• Processing both weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Uploading and checking data related to employee payments & deductions prior to payroll deadlines
• Issuing tax forms to employees such as P60s, and P45s for leavers
• Managing enquiries from employees and resolving any issues related to their pay, ensuring they are kept updated and treated with empathy and understanding
• Reconciliation of deductions and completion of 3rd party payments

As an apprentice for Clancy, we will set you up for success, ensuring you have the support and sufficient time to study, you will also have opportunities to get involved with local community and social value activities across the business.

GCSE with Grade C/4 passes in Maths and English are essential to meet the entry requirements of the apprenticeship.
Great communication skills including discretion, as you’ll be working with highly confidential information.
Excellent attention to detail, an enjoyment of problem solving and a good level of numeracy are all important.
