Developer Services Supervisor

The Role:

We have a brand new opportunity for a Developer Services Supervisor to join our South East Water team. We are looking for a proactive individual who is willing to gain experience working across all areas within our team. Full training will be provided.

These are some of the activities you will be involved in:

• Support our service connection teams to deliver for new developments
• Support site supervisors in their day to day operations
• Provide industry leading customer service
• Complete site visits prior to dig team attending to carry out health and safety paperwork.
• Communicating with the supervisors

What you need to be successful:

You should have a basic understanding of IT and Microsoft Office. While knowledge of the water industry is preferable it is not essential. Strong communication skills, quality management, and problem-solving abilities are important. You should be able to work within set time frames and enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team.
