Contract Support Administrator£28,000 - £32,500ExeterWe Do What We Say and We Care We have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team supporting our South West Water contract. Reporting to the Assistant Contract Support Manager, you'll provide essential administrative and operational support to help ensure the successful delivery of works across the contract. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Working closely with operational teams, planners, buyers and managers, you'll play an important part in keeping information accurate, supporting day-to-day activities and ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver for our client. This could also be an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career change who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organisational and communication skills. Here are some of the activities you will be involved in…
You have previous administration, coordination or contract support experience and enjoy working in a busy environment where organisation and attention to detail are key. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be comfortable working with different systems to manage information accurately. You'll have excellent communication skills and enjoy building positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers. You'll also be proactive, well organised and able to prioritise your workload while managing a variety of tasks. Experience within utilities, construction or an operational environment would be beneficial but isn't essential. What matters most is that you're keen to learn, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering a high standard of support.
