Following a number of significant contract awards, including major programmes with Portsmouth Water and the Andover Link Main project, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our Civil Engineering team. This is an opportunity to take a leading role on high-profile projects that will help shape and improve critical infrastructure for local communities. You'll work alongside experienced operational leaders, build strong client relationships, and provide commercial leadership across a growing portfolio of work. Working closely with operational teams and our clients, you'll drive commercial performance, manage risk, maximise profitability, and help shape the long-term success of the business. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate... You are an experienced commercial professional with a strong background in commercial management within the utilities sector. You will have significant leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing commercial teams. You will bring a deep understanding of NEC3 contracts, particularly Options A and C, supported by strong financial and commercial acumen. You will be confident managing project profitability and risk, with excellent analytical, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will be a clear and confident communicator, capable of presenting complex commercial information to stakeholders at all levels.
