We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team working on the Thames Water framework, delivering critical water infrastructure works across the region. This role plays a key part in the successful delivery of mains renewal and rehabilitation programmes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the coordination, mobilisation and delivery of projects, overseeing multiple sites and driving performance across safety, quality, programme and cost. We would love to hear from you if… You have strong experience managing projects within the utilities sector, with a background in water or gas infrastructure and a solid understanding of mains renewal and rehabilitation works. You will be confident delivering programmes of work within a regulated environment and ideally have experience working on frameworks such as Thames Water. You will be an effective leader, capable of driving team performance, building a positive culture and maintaining high standards across safety, quality and delivery. Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, particularly when working with planners to develop and manage programmes. A full UK manual driving licence is essential. A relevant construction or civil engineering qualification and SMSTS (or equivalent) are desirable. Our Company Every day we work smarter, greener and use our imaginations.
