The Role...

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of learning and development delivery plans, managing the allocation and scheduling of courses and providing exceptional customer support.

In this fast-paced role, you will have every opportunity to establish yourself as a subject matter expert, whilst building lasting relationships across the business, and helping us to modernise our processes and material.

Here are just some of the activities you’ll get involved in...

  • Support the Learning & Development team with all training programme-related administration
  • Coordinating venues, schedules and all administration for defined internal training programs
  • Work closely with external training providers and manage course bookings for learners
  • Providing an advisory service to employees and managers, related to course availability and suitability.
  • Work with local training coordinators to ensure compliance with any mandatory training requirements
  • Maintaining the training database (LMS) and collating all training information
  • Supporting trainers in the preparation of course material
  • Supporting the marketing and promotion of learning opportunities and events to colleagues
  • Producing monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports on staff training courses that have been completed
  • Ensure all relevant training is arranged for new starters & existing colleagues, in addition to ongoing monitoring of regulated training requirements, to ensure all skilled staff are operating with the correct tickets.
