Our Energy South SSE team is growing, and we are looking for experienced Administrators to provide an efficient, accurate and effective administration support.

Here are some of the tasks you will be involved in...

• Use Management Information systems to effectively capture and report accurate data, ensuring timelines are met.
• First point of contact with external and internal stakeholders ensuring information is distributed.
• Undertake business activities to ensure all information is accurate and to up to date.
• Answer initial queries and escalate to relevant area of the organisation if required.
• Undertake general office administration duties.
• Compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate...

• Previous relevant Administration experience is preferred, ideally Commercial Admin
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal
• Comfortable with technology with a good basic knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc.
