Storeman | Sunday to Thursday

Our brand new, state of the art central production unit that caters for some of our smaller B&I locations across London. The team here support our locations with home made grab & go options along with various other offerings from cooked lunches to event catering. This is a full time operation and runs from Sunday to Thursday.

We are looking for a talented Storeman to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

Key responsibilities:

· To work well in a team, with excellent customer service skills

· To tray up, portion and cook food for the tuckshop and 6th form cafe.

· Prepare packed lunches for trips and onsite clubs.

· Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.

· Act as a banksman for delivery vehicles to ensure the safety of people on site.

· Prepare the food requisition boxes and deliver to the relevant department.

You will have the following skills:

· Great Team player

· A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service

· An organised person with attention to detail

Knowledge / competencies:

· Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.

· Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.

· Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
