Kitchen Porter - Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent
Salary: 13.85 per hour
A British luxury fashion house headquartered in London. Catering for between 500 - 1000 people daily and we offer a full service all day café and Coffee Bar along with Daily fruit deliveries and some high end hospitality. Additional benefit of this location is great transport links to the location.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our established & friendly team at our prestigious location in London.
You'll be playing a big part in keeping the kitchen hygienic, safe, and up to our very high standards of cleanliness.
Key skills:
- Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great team player
- Be able to help the Chefs with some food prep
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
- Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
- Operate industrial dishwasher
We are looking for:
- Kitchen Porter experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Can do attitude.
- Organisation Skills.
Knowledge / competencies:
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
