A private co-educational day school situated in Mottingham and pre prep in Blackheath, southeast London for students aged 7 - 18 years and 3 - 11. Catering for just under 1200 students and teachers and 500 offering a core feeding of Lunch and lots of high-end hospitality. THIS IS A TERM TIME ONLY CONTRACT WITH SPREADOVER PAY and additional benefits of this location is free parking available at the Mottingham site.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team at two of our prestigious locations in London.

You will have previous experience of working within a busy environment as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure weekly site book work is completed on time and accurately according to weekly return tick sheet.
  • Manage the teams diaries
  • typing up daily menus and allergen sheets
  • Complete hospitality sheet for the BOH and FOH
  • Print the food labels per request
  • Process all the invoices daily and get reports weekly
  • Fill HACCP for the hot and cold hold food records
  • Run reports for PDQ machines and manage student payment cards
  • Ensure student numbers is updated and communicated to kitchen and Front of House
  • Manage and order staff uniform
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer care is performed at all times
  • Ensure all written correspondence is correct, accurate and to the required standard
  • Assist management team with daily checking of all due diligence
  • Flexibility to assist Front of House if the need arises i.e. staff illness or increased numbers.
  • To carry out any other duty as reasonably asked by the management team

You will have the following skills:

  • Experience of working within a busy office environment processing invoices, updating stock sheets, in putting data.
  • Experience with excel, word and powerpoint
  • An all-round team player
  • Organised with attention to detail
