We are thrilled to have an opportunity available within EUROIMMUN Turkey (Ankara), a subsidiary of our parent company EUROIMMUN AG. As the subsidiary of EUROIMMUN AG in Türkiye, we import laboratory tests and devices and offer sales and after sales technical support.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales and Application Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to our success and involves a diverse range of responsibilities that contribute to both customer satisfaction and organizational development in the Central and Eastern Anatolia regions. The ideal candidate will report directly to our Regional Director in Ankara and will perform daily tasks ranging from handling sales operations to communication with customers, providing excellent customer service and training healthcare professionals.

Principal Accountabilities /Responsibilities


Here’s how you’ll make an impact:


Sales & Promotion Activities: Take an active role in executing promotional and sales activities specifically aimed at health institutions within the region.
Prepare sales contracts and quotations that are specifically tailored to address the unique needs of each customer and follow up on related processes.

Relationship Management: Represent the company in congresses, courses, and seminars while effectively building valuable relationships within the industry.
Follow up diligently on customer evaluations, feedback, and program effectiveness to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify areas for improvement.
Address and resolve all customer queries regarding device usage and product information, providing clear and accurate instructions or troubleshooting as necessary.

Market Analysis & Positioning: Monitor market trends and competitor activity to position the products effectively.
Conduct market research and present statistical analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the industry in general, organizing and evaluating data in user-friendly, table formats.

Training & Education: Prepare comprehensive presentations and deliver training aimed at educating customers about the features of our products and devices, ensuring all users are well-informed and equipped to use them effectively.

Task Management & Reporting: Systematically organize pending tasks, prioritizing them based on feedback and approval from the management team, and develop necessary plans to address these priorities efficiently.

Prepare and present daily activity reports to the regional director and deliver end-of-month target reports to the senior management team.

 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Medical Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other health-related programs
• Certifications (STE, KDE etc): Certification in medical device applications or healthcare sales is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Residing in Ankara
• At least 3 years of experience in medical devices and application industry

Skills:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office programs, and familiarity with and adeptness at using office equipment
• A thorough understanding of laboratory equipment, and adherence to laboratory regulations including safety protocols and best practices
• Technical proficiency in the application and troubleshooting of healthcare products or software

Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in medical devices and application industry

IMPORTANT, please note:

  • This role involves extensive travel and you must be able to travel frequently and internationally 
  • Driver’s License: Class B is essential
