EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Revvity, Inc.
This is the Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) of EUROIMMUN Medizinische Labordiagnostika AG together with its affiliate companies and subsidiaries (“EUROIMMUN”), whose corporate headquarters is located at Seekamp 31, 23560 Lübeck, Germany. This Privacy Notice is for public disclosure and to inform employees, prospective employees and job applicants how EUROIMMUN may use data obtained from them.

This website (the “Site”) is a careers site for the purpose of advertising roles within EUROIMMUN’s, its affiliate companies’ and subsidiaries’ organisations, receiving interest in those roles and helping EUROIMMUN and its network to select the right candidate for the right role (collectively “Recruitment Services”).
EUROIMMUN respects your privacy. This Privacy Notice sets out how EUROIMMUN collects and processes your personal data when you access and use our Recruitment Services. This Privacy Notice also provides certain information that is legally required and lists certain of your rights in relation to your personal data under applicable law.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This Privacy Notice relates to data about you and your interaction with our Recruitment Services. “Personal Data” is information that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly, alone, or together with other information. EUROIMMUN collects Personal Data including, but not limited to, the following information: full name, email address, phone number, precise location, device IDs, and certain cookie and network identifiers, social security number, payment card information, driver‘s license number, full date of birth (month/day/year), salary, taxpayer identification number, passport number, financial account information, medical or health information, genetic data and biometric data. EUROIMMUN collects, uses, and discloses Personal Data as outlined in this Privacy Policy to enable it to offer and operate Recruitment Services.
- Your rights
Note that you can delete your profile and details from the Site at any time. In addition, you have the right to access to your personal information to review and update personally identifiable information that we hold about you. To obtain a copy of such information, you can make a subject access request (SAR) to us. Subject to data protection legislation, you also have the right to request that we remove or delete personally identifiable data that we hold about you. To do any of these things, please send an email to the GDPR Data Protection Coordinator at Group_DP@idsplc.com. On receipt of the request we will tell you when we expect to provide the information.
If we receive a SAR or a request to edit or delete personal identifiable information, we shall take reasonable steps to verify your identity before proceeding. This is important to safeguard your information.
- Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you may be processed, transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Union (“EU”). In order to safeguard your personal data we will only make such transfers on the basis of (i) a decision of the European Commission that permits this, or (ii) subject to EU approved Standard Contractual Clauses. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EU who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, (first name, surname, email address, telephone number, address) you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. EUROIMMUN uses safeguards with respect to data transferred outside of the EU to protect your personal information. We store data in several companies around the world. Please be aware that information obtained about you may be processed or transferred to countries other than those in which you are resident, including the United States. By using and participating in the Recruitment Services or by providing us with your information, you consent to this collection, transfer, storage, and processing of information to and in such countries.

When you apply for a job with us.
By making an application with us and/or by sending us your CV, you agree that the data provided in your application and/or CV and any obtained in relation to it, including that from any interviews, selection centres or references, will be used by us to process your application and might also be used to help us with any future applications by you. If your application is successful, the data will be used to administer your personnel record. We will treat your personal data as being confidential and will comply with all applicable data protection legislation in respect of it. -

The Peoplebank Site contains cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier that is sent to and sits on your browser. You may at any time withdraw the consent you provide for the processing of your Personal Data for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, provided that we are not required by applicable law or professional standards to retain such information.

5. DATA RETENTION
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as long as you maintain an account, as otherwise necessary to provide you the Recruitment Services, or as required by applicable law, regulation or industry standard. We will also retain your Personal Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Where we no longer need to process your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, we will delete your Personal Data from our systems. Where permissible, we will also delete your Personal Data upon your request, as further described in the section above under “Your rights”.
6. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
You may have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The identify of your supervisory authority depends on the country in the EU in which you live or are a citizen.
7. SECURITY SAFEGUARDS AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect against unauthorized or unlawful processing of Personal Data and against the accidental loss, destruction, or damage of Personal Data. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for Third-Party Sites, their content, or any goods or services available through the Third-Party Sites.
