Global Academy Manager (Internal colleague opportunity only - Global / Remote)

In this role, you’ll help build and strengthen our global network while supporting the harmonisation of structures across academies in Germany, Mexico, Dubai, Brazil, the USA, and the UK, as well as training courses in Poland, Italy, and Turkey. Your Tasks 

You will act as a liaison between the EUROIMMUN Academies of all subsidiaries, build up the global network and support the harmonisation of structures.

• Together with the trainers on site you will review existing training concepts in the local academies, harmonize the training concepts globally and provide support with interdisciplinary questions
• You mediate cross-subsidiary projects between the individual academies, organize workshops for joint exchange and global knowledge transfer, network the trainers and provide support when training content needs to be adapted
• You organize the onboarding of our subsidiaries‘ academies to the EUROIMMUN Campus e-learning platform by identifying interfaces and existing structures and acting as a reliable contact person for questions and support
• In addition, you will be responsible for integrating the local academies into existing communication platforms (e.g. Sharepoint) and
content sharing programs – for this purpose, you will collect current requirements for content in the respective subsidiaries as part
of an on-site survey
• For the development of a regulatory framework structure (e.g. globally valid training guidelines and pricing concepts), you will
coordinate with related departments such as the legal department and controlling as well as with the management levels of the
subsidiarie

Characteristics 

• You generally work remotely from your place of residence
• Especially at the beginning of the project phase, you will visit all EUROIMMUN subsidiaries regularly - as the project progresses,
you will have the opportunity to attend some coordination meetings remotely
• By working in a global and interdisciplinary team, you can expect an exciting environment

You Bring 

• You have successfully completed your biological or technical studies, alternatively you have finished an apprenticeship in the specified specialist areas; you can also bring a commercial or educational background and are very familiar with EUROIMMUN products or structures
• For correspondence with our international colleagues in the subsidiaries you use your very good knowledge of English, ideally you speak another language (e.g. Spanish) and have some experience in project management
• You are flexible and willing to travel internationally
• As a competent contact person with an affinity for networking, you will contribute to maintaining and expanding our international Academy structure and the high quality standards that we value
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, your confident demeanor and great empathy, you are able to convey facts clearly and adapt well to people of different nationalities
