We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Service and Application Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Regional Director in Ankara, this role is pivotal in ensuring quality services to our customers in the Eastern and Central Anatolian regions and requires a strong combination of technical experience and knowledge in medical devices as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, and user education. The ideal candidate will provide both technical field support and application training for healthcare professionals, ensuring that medical equipment and technologies are used effectively and efficiently.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Device Installation & Configuration: Conduct installations of various devices including microscopes, camera systems, as well as devices, software, and evaluation programs for IFA, Elisa, blot, and Chlia tests, etc.
Manage the configuration, calibration, maintenance, and care processes of these devices and software to ensure optimal performance in line with specific requirements and quality standards.
Maintenance & Service Management: Regularly review and update maintenance plans, maintaining detailed logs of maintenance activities including dates of service, parts replaced, and any other issues encountered.
Ensure that required device spare parts and accessories are ordered, recorded, and delivered within the established deadlines.
Keep comprehensive records of all completed tasks including service activities, customer feedback, and any recurring technical issues that may require escalation and provide regular, structured reports for the regional and managing directors.
Training & Technical Support:Deliver on-site training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals on the proper usage and functionality of devices or software solutions.
Assist with creating training documentation for customers and provide technical documentation in response to user demand, actively providing input to support the improvement of such documentation to meet the evolving needs of customers.
Deliver expert assistance both on-site and remotely to customers regarding software updates and compatibility settings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical needs and offering solutions that align with their clinical and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
• University degree in Electrical – Electronics, Computer, Biomedical or Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or Biology
• Certification in medical equipment technology (e.g., KDE, STE or related field is a plus)
• A good command of the English language, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Adherence to quality standards
• Expertise in Server and PC hardware
Skills:
• Proficient in the use of MS Office programs, and able to use or learn other applications as necessary
• A thorough understanding of laboratory equipment, and adherence to laboratory regulations including safety protocols and best practices
• Competence in conveying information clearly and providing training effectively to users
Experience:
• At least 2 years of technical service and application experience specifically in the medical devices industry
• Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical equipment or healthcare technology systems.
