Job Description

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section and help lead it to excellence by:
• Upholding impeccable hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
• Mastering the techniques of your section and supporting junior chefs through training and guidance.
• Organising mise en place before service and maintaining a clean, efficient, and inspiring work environment.
• Tasting and tweaking dishes to ensure every plate is flawlessly seasoned and beautifully presented.
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper rotation, and working proactively to avoid shortages.
• Embracing opportunities for personal and professional development – we support your culinary ambitions.
• Maintaining a positive, professional attitude and setting an example for others to follow.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in a professional kitchen – experience in a 4- or 5-star environment is a bonus.
• A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A can-do attitude, a well-groomed appearance, and a desire to contribute to an exceptional kitchen team.
