Job Description

The receptionist role is a key member of the hotel team, often as the first and last point of contact for all our hotel guests. You will be totally guest focused, ensuring we are creating memorable stays for all our guests, consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.

Role in our Family

At easyHotel Reading you will work within a Small diverse team providing memorable hotel experience for every single guest.
As a Guest Service Assistant, key to your role:

  •  Undertake all Front of House duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure an extraordinary experience for all of our guests.
  •  Building a great rapport with all our guests and making it your number one priority to resolve any complaints or issues to maintain the highest quality customer service.
  •  Ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
  •  To administer the general petty cash system and float in an accurate manner
  •  Undertake all training as required (e.g. first aid, health and safety, customer service).
