As a Breakfast Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, big and small! From welcoming families with genuine warmth to ensuring every dining experience is delightful, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional service.
This a permanent position, at 25 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.56 - plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.
Role overview:
We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join our lovely team. This role is key to ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience during the most important meal of the day! We encourage you to have fun, be genuine and enjoy your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the breakfast service
• Train, supervise, and motivate the breakfast team
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality of breakfast offerings
• Ordering, and stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure adequate supplies
• Uphold health and safety standards
• Implement innovative ideas to enhance the breakfast experience
To succeed in this role, we are looking for:
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry
• Charisma, an engaging personality with a passion for hospitality and service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to interact with all guests, and to have fun!
• Strong organisational and time management skills
