About Us: Welcome to New Park Manor, part of the Luxury Family Hotel group, where luxury meets relaxation in the heart of the New Forest. Our beautiful spa is a haven for families seeking a serene escape. We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our fabulous team!

This is a zero hour contract, with an hourly rate of £13.23 plus generous service charge. Flexibility on hours will be required, including some weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

🌸 Pamper our guests with a variety of beauty treatments and massages, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated.

🌿 Chat with guests to understand their needs and recommend the perfect treatments.

🧴 Promoting our large range of products to our guests.

💆‍♀️ Stay ahead of the curve with the latest beauty and wellness trends.

🤝 Work hand-in-hand with our spa team to create an unforgettable guest experience.

Requirements:

💼 Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a destination or hotel spa.

🎓 UK Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent) in beauty treatments and massage.

🗣️ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

❤️ A genuine passion for wellness and helping others relax and rejuvenate.

🕒 Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
