Contract: Permanent
Salary: £13.50-£15 per hour plus generous service charge and great benefits

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled in the breathtaking landscape of the Jurassic coast is seeking a motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fun kitchen brigade. If you are an enthusiastic chef with a passion for learning new skills, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.

Role Overview:

As CDP at Moonfleet Manor, you will be a key player in our culinary team, contributing to the creation of exceptional dishes that reflect our commitment to quality.

This a permanent role, with hours of between 40-48 per week over 4-5 days (including weekends), with an hourly pay rate of between £13.50-£15, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

The hotel is set in a rural location, so own transport or method of getting there is essential!
Live-in accommodation is available as an option if required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Owning and overseeing your workstation: We encourage your creativity and input in creating our specials and market menu
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment
- Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality kitchen
• Charisma, an engaging personality and passion for hospitality
• Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service
• Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards, food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial
