Designed with warm wooden panelling and clean architectural lines, the space offers a calm, considered backdrop to enjoy our full BAO menu - from fluffy steamed Bao to bold Taiwanese small plates and rice dishes. The restaurant features a large, open dining room, a private mezzanine space for group dining, and a relaxed terrace perfect for sunny days. It’s a dynamic restaurant that welcomes everything from quick solo lunches to special celebrations. As Sous Chef, you’ll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Senior Sous and Head Chef in delivering excellent food, maintaining high standards, and helping the team stay organised and energised. You’ll lead services, manage sections, and play a hands-on role in building a strong kitchen culture.
