Painter

We are excited to be looking for a Painter to join our Maintenance team at the Dupont Circle. You will also oversee preventative maintenance.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Perform professional painting, finishing, and touch-ups in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance (PM) for guestrooms, ensuring rooms are in perfect condition before guest arrival.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, fixtures, and upkeep across the property.
• Collaborate with the engineering and housekeeping teams to maintain the highest standards of presentation and safety.
• Respond to guest or staff maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
