About The Role:

We're looking for a Food Runner to join our front line team at Arcade Tottenham Court Road (TCR)! With a buzzing atmosphere, globally inspired kitchens, and electrifying service, this is your chance to be part of one of London's most exciting dining destinations.

As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate in this role will:

• 
Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and Bar to the dining areas.

• Communicate with guests in a confident and professional manner.

• Maintain & update cleaning schedules, records and checklists.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

• Adhere to all relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety practices, policies and procedures.
• Be in your element delivering top-tier hospitality with a positive vibe and great smile
• Keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring prior experience as a Food/Bar Runner or similar front of house role.
• Have worked in a high volume restaurant environment similar to ours.
• Have a passion for food, service and guest experiences.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Are an excellent team player with a positive attitude.
• Are calm, confident and can multitask under pressure.
• Bring a warm and approachable demeanour that naturally connects with guests and colleagues.
