Located in the heart of Bristol's Old City, the hotel is right by the waterside, within easy walking distance of the prime cultural, business and shopping districts. Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to support the night shift operations of the hotel between the hours of 7pm and 7am deliver first class customer service experience for our guests and ensuring the property is safe and comfortable for our residents.

Role in our Family

As a Guest Services Assistant - Night shift, key to your role is:

  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel area
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
  • Ensure that residents needs are met during the night shift
  • Document and provide a handover to the following shift of the occurrences of the night shift
  • Light cleaning and functional duties as required
  • Respond to any incidents such as fire alarms throughout the shift, communicating with security teams as required.
