Job Description

We are seeking a confident, reliable, and guest-focused Night Manager to oversee all hotel operations during the night. If you excel in problem-solving, enjoy people management, and thrive in a calm overnight environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee night-time front-of-house operations
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction
• Handle late check-ins, guest queries, and emergency situations
• Complete nightly financial audits and reporting
• Monitor security systems and conduct regular floor checks
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for next-day operations
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and hospitality
• Support and co-ordinate conference and events set ups during the night shift

 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel or hospitality management experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with audits and reports
• Calm, confident, and reliable under pressure
• Proficient with hotel PMS systems (training can be provided)
