The Westbury, one of Ireland’s most prestigious 5 star hotels, is seeking an exceptional Director of Rooms to lead and elevate our guest experience at the highest level.

This is a senior leadership role within an iconic luxury property, suited to an accomplished hotel professional with a passion for excellence, precision, and world-class service.

 

As Director of Rooms, you will have full strategic and operational responsibility for:

• Front Office
• Housekeeping
• Guest Services

You will set the standard for service delivery, ensuring every guest experience reflects the reputation and refinement of The Westbury.

• Lead and inspire large, multi-department teams
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain 5 star service standards at all times
• Oversee budgets, payroll, and forecasting
• Partner closely with the General Manager and senior leadership
• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with discretion and confidence

The ideal Candidate

• Senior management experience in a luxury or 5-star hotel
• Proven leadership and people-development skills
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Calm, confident, and polished under pressure
• A genuine passion for luxury hospitality
