People and Culture Executive

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The River Lee, as a People & Culture Executive on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role will encompass all aspects of the People & Culture function, and will be instrumental in driving employee wellbeing and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge and experience in HR in a similar role, will be great at multitasking, whilst also being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for People & Culture. You should also have exceptionally strong communication, analytical, interpersonal and organisational skills with a strategic mindset.

Responsibilities will include:

• Employee onboarding
• Managing a performance management system/process
• Ensuring the company's procedures comply with local employment laws
• Handling all aspects of employee relations
• Reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
• Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off
• Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll
• Managing the day-to-day Human Resources function in an effective and efficient manner
• Supporting management in performance and succession planning
