JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about precision, flavour and fast-paced kitchens? Do you thrive on teamwork and take pride in delivering consistently high standards? We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You’ll be responsible for running your section smoothly, supporting the team, and helping deliver exceptional dishes every time.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Confident managing a section in a busy kitchen environment.
• Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
• Passionate about food, flavour and presentation.
• A strong team player who supports others and communicates clearly.
• Experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to high standards.
• Takes ownership of prep, service and cleanliness in their area.
• Willing to learn, grow and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
