Wentworth Club is one of the world’s finest private members Golf and Country Clubs, famous for its outstanding three Championship golf courses, in addition to a luxury Tennis & Health Club. The Club is surrounded and entwined within the Wentworth Estate, one of the most prestigious private estates in the London suburbs where many of the world’s premier golfers have their home.

Within the luxurious 5-star grounds, we are looking for a Casual Gate Attendant to work at our outdoor pool, supporting our Members.
This position will be ideal for someone looking to work completely flexibly.

This role offers shifts on weekdays and weekends during the summer season.

Key Areas of Activity:

• Greet and check in all pool guests in a friendly and professional manner. Verify membership or guest access and ensure proper entry into the pool area.
• Monitoring the booking system and making new bookings.
• Assist with the general upkeep of the pool area, including monitoring cleanliness and tidiness of the pool lawn and surrounding area.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting pool users as needed.
• Ensure the gates and entrances are secure at the appropriate times. Monitor for any unauthorised access.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle situations calmly and professionally, including addressing any conflicts or concerns and escalating to management where necessary.
• Previous customer service or public-facing experience is desirable.
