ABOUT THE ROLE

The Housekeeping Manager ensures a smooth daily housekeeping operation by maintaining the Hotel 5-star luxury standards. They play a hands-on role while also managing colleagues and processes, always with the guest experience as the priority.

ABOUT YOU

• 2 to 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Prior luxury hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Knowledge of luxury service protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with housekeeping management software (e.g., Opera, Knowcross, Alice)
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
• Good level of written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Takes pride in own professional grooming.
• Ability and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride and attention to detail in your work.
• Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile guests.
