Job Description:

As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant in our fine dining restaurant, you will be a dedicated foodie with a passion for hospitality. Your role will involve providing excellent guest service and creating memorable luxury experiences in line with our hotel and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service: Anticipate guest needs and respond to all enquiries in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Dining Experience: Uphold fine dining etiquette, ensuring a sophisticated and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service and high standards.

Menu Knowledge: Have thorough knowledge of the menu and be able to make recommendations to guests.

Cleanliness and Presentation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.

Order Management: Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
