Head of Housekeeping Opportunity at award winning establishment in Cheltenham
We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join our amazing team at our award-winning establishment; No.131 The Promenade in Cheltenham.
This is a broad and varied role - The right candidate must have full confidence in the running of the business and have full P&L accountability in conjunction with the Reception Manager. You will also have a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximize sales and exceed targets.
Some requirements and experience:
Presence: being visible to staff and guests is a key component of being a successful Head Housekeeper. It is a requirement to be on your feet and in the space with the team during your time at work.
Personality: Naturally the guest is always at the heart of everything we do, but when it comes to creating an unbeatable experience, there’s plenty of room to let your personality flow too. Our team is built on being able to read and enjoy the company of our guests. We are here to host as well as serve. We must be there for our guests at the right time and make it unforgettable by exceeding their expectations. Our manager has to embody this and lead from the front.

Previous experience working as a Head of Housekeeping will be a massive plus, as would a desire to progress your career in the industry.
