We are searching for a talented Assistant Manager to inspire and coach our friendly team at the award-winning Gin & Juice within No.131 The Promenade.
The position would suit an outstanding Supervisor looking to make the step up to a supporting managerial role or an experienced Manager looking for their next step.
This role requires creativity, a thorough understanding of bar management and the ability to motivate and manage a staff team. You will thrive in a busy and dynamic environment, retaining a sense of fun, calm, and professionalism.
You will oversee all bars on a day to day basis, including driving and maintaining bar and service standards/ consistency, being accountable for sales targets, budgets and stock. Following and developing current trends will be a key part of the role, as will recognising training needs and developing staff. Creativity when it comes to developing bespoke cocktails and seasonal cocktail menus is a must.
With great attention to detail, the ability to multi task and the desire to give above and beyond expectation you will be a confident, self-motivated and approachable ensuring our guests have exceptional service and enjoy happy, memorable moments with us.
