Reservations Supervisor

Opened in October 2015, Hilton London Bankside represents the next generation of design-led Hilton Hotels. Each part of the property has been carefully created to reflect the fascinating history and ambiance of the surrounding area, combining the authentic urban grittiness and polished contemporary design.

Set in the heart of Bankside, just steps from some of London's most famous landmarks such as Tate Modern, Borough Market and The Shard, Hilton London Bankside is home to 292 stunning guest rooms including 25 bespoke suites which offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. Job Description

The Reservations Supervisor will be responsible for coaching team members, monitoring their progress, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, as well as the capability to effectively address workplace challenges.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding, training, and supporting their team, demonstrating a high level of motivation to help the company achieve its broader mission. As a Supervisor, you should be people-focused, supportive, and adaptable, fostering an environment that brings out the best in your team. Role in our Family

Responsibilities:

• Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
• Ensure that reservations are dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner.
• Be fully conversant with OnQ PM, OnQ R&I, and Delphi systems.
• Be fully aware of all types of bedrooms, their facilities, and locations.
• Work in accordance with the rooms strategy and top-line actions.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with all departments in the hotel.
• Ensure known repeat guests, priority members, and other VIPs receive special attention.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a good command of the English language.
• Must have a hands-on approach for this position.
• Ability to train employees when needed.
• An understanding of OTA extranet platforms.
• Proven ability in a similar role; knowledge of OnQ PM and OnQ R&I would be advantageous.
