Job Description
As our HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing our colleagues and Line Managers with a fantastic experience. Your days will include acting as our first point of contact, providing information and advice across our Divisions and working with our functional teams across Group.

Role in our Family
Some of the areas you will be involved in include:
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Managing HR systems and relationships with providers
- Supporting the broader HR Team
- Providing advice and guidance as required
- Administering employment changes
- Updating and managing the HR database
Skills & Attributes
- Relevant experience in HR administration
- Experience of HR information systems, e-forms and workflow processes, or equivalent systems.
- Experience of working in a busy environment and working towards deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy of work is essential.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Good level of numeracy and literacy.
- An understanding of HR practice, employment law and legislation would be an advantage
