What we need from you

We hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...

To succeed in the role of Food & Beverage Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.
• To be passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks
• Previous experience as bartender, waiter, barista, host is advantageous but not essential
• To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
• Available to work evenings and weekends between 20th November – 3rd January 2026

We are looking for experienced Food and Beverage colleagues to join our team to support in our Food & Beverage areas over the festive season.

Our Food & Beverage team are like a family, and we work together to deliver outstanding guest service to our guests by offering timely, efficient, knowledgeable, and truly remarkable service. We are an enthusiastic, authentic bunch of individuals who care about teamwork and great service!
Love the festive period? As we get closer to the Christmas celebrations, we are looking for Food and Beverage Team Members who are available evenings and weekends, who are warm and friendly and can help in spreading joy and festiveness throughout the party season!

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
