We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR Manager to join Holland Cooper. This unique role will support two exciting and growing luxury businesses: Holland Cooper, a leading British lifestyle brand, and No. 131, a boutique hotel and restaurant collection.
Working across both businesses (typically 3 days per week with Holland Cooper and 2 days per week with No. 131), you will provide full generalist HR support. You’ll partner closely with employees and department managers, providing day-to-day advice, ensuring compliance, and helping build positive, engaged teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can balance operational detail with building trusted relationships at all levels
About You:
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role in a small team environment or standalone capacity
• Experience in luxury brands, hospitality or fast-paced consumer facing business
• Degree level qualification, preferably in HR or Business-related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• CIPD Level 5 or above
• Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
• Able to provide pragmatic and commercial HR advice
• Ability and confidence to work independently and manage priorities across two businesses
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Good working knowledge of HR systems with the ability to produce and analyse data
• Proven experience is designing, developing and improving processes
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
