Please note for this role we are recruting for permanent year round contracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting set up of function rooms & tables, ensuring that the 5 star standard is met at all times
• Serving food & drinks to our guests
• Be knowledgeable on our food & drink offering to make appropriate recommendations to our guests
• Ensure areas are tidy and well kept
• Effectively communicating with the bar & kitchen teams to ensure every service runs seamlessly
