Job Description

Are you passionate about leading your team to victory, solving problems with precision, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? Join us as our Maintenance Manager and be the captain of the squad ensuring our property stays in championship condition every day.

Your Role:

  • Playmaker: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel systems, equipment, and structures.
  • Tactical Planner: Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance schedules to keep us ahead of the game.
  • Budget Referee: Manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and supervise external contractors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Defender of Excellence: Resolve guest room maintenance issues swiftly, maintaining a winning standard.
  • Team Coach: Train, support, and inspire your team, conducting regular appraisals and setting clear goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with leadership skills that inspire.
  • Strong organisational and communication abilities to keep the team in sync.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and best practices – you know the rules of the game.
  • A hands-on, solution-focused approach to challenges – you're the go-to player when it matters most.
